Shipping Policy

Dispatch
Orders placed before 2:30 PM usually dispatch the same day from Beirut, Lebanon (business days). Orders placed after 2:30 PM dispatch the next business day.

Delivery Fee (Lebanon)
Flat rate: $5.

Delivery Time (Lebanon)
Standard delivery typically takes about 8 business days from dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may be delayed due to remote areas, traffic, weather, or peak seasons (sales/holidays/promotions).

Delivery Attempts
No signature is required. If you’re unavailable, our delivery partner will attempt delivery up to 3 times on consecutive business days.

Returned Packages
If there is no response/coordination after 5 days, the package may be returned to our warehouse. Re-delivery fees may apply.

Address Responsibility
Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are correct at checkout. If an order is returned due to incorrect details or no response, you may be responsible for re-delivery costs.
