By using THEKIN (“we”, “us”) and our website thekinlb.com (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms.

1) Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may refuse or cancel orders (for example: suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock issues).

2) Prices & Payment

Prices are shown in USD and may change at any time. Payment is due at checkout. Taxes/duties (if any) are the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise.

3) Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery times are not guarantees. Once your package is handed to the carrier, delays or loss may be outside our control. Risk passes to you upon delivery to the address provided.

4) Returns, Exchanges, Store Credit

All sales are final and we do not issue refunds to the original payment method. If your return or exchange is approved, you will receive store credit only (or an exchange, if available). To be eligible, requests must be made within 2 days of delivery and items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and returned with tags/packaging intact. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong item.

5) Product Information

We do our best to show accurate colors and details, but screens may vary. Measurements may have minor differences.

6) Intellectual Property

All content (photos, logos, designs, text) belongs to THEKIN and may not be used without permission.

7) Your Use of the Site

You agree not to misuse the Site (e.g., hacking, scraping, fraudulent activity).

8) Disclaimers & Liability

The Site and products are provided “as is” to the fullest extent allowed by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order.

9) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon, and disputes will be handled in the courts of Lebanon.
